About me

Hi, my name is Dominic Foster and this is my blog. Welcome.

I currently live in Auckland, New Zealand where I work as a software developer for a company that produces Practice Management, Tax and Accounting software.

I am married to Catherine and have two boys, Jamie (3) and Ethan (.75).

My interests are getting outdoors (walking, beach, fishing, etc… NZ is great for that), software/web development (yep, I’m a bit of a geek). Also have become interested in the world of blogging and internet marketing.

I used to do a fair bit of travelling too - that’s how I ended up in NZ - originally from Wales (UK) - bummed around the world working the odd job here and there - met Cath in NZ - both went back to the UK - bummed around a bit more - got married - moved back to NZ (thankfully - the rest of the world seems a bit mad at the moment - we used to live in London for a couple of years) - had kids - may have more …
